From invite to verified in four steps

  1. Invite your sub

    Send a text, an email, or show a QR code on site. No app, no password for them.

  2. They snap the certificate

    Photo, PDF, or forward it to coi@subproof.co. Their agent can upload it directly too.

  3. SubProof reads and checks it

    Policy numbers, limits, dates and endorsements, checked against your requirements and their state license.

  4. The agent confirms it

    We find the agency through its license record, not the phone number on the certificate, and ask them to confirm.

Fake certificates don't get past the agent

A certificate is easy to edit, and fake ones often list a phone number that leads right back to the sub. SubProof looks up the real agency on its own and emails the address on record.

The agent taps once to confirm, correct a field, or say the sub isn't their client. Every step is stamped with a date, so you have a clean record if a claim ever comes up.
